. Welcome to The
Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin
The Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin is dedicated to providing state of the
art care to all patients afflicted with painful bone, muscle, tendon and joint
cartilage disorders. Our physicians and staff strive to facilitate our patients’
return to activities that have been prevented due to musculoskeletal injuries or
arthritis by employing innovative surgical and non-surgical techniques.
Anna Kracjik is an all-around
athlete participating in the Irish sports of Hurling, Camogie (the all
women's version of Hurling), and is one of the founding members of the
Brewcity Bruisers Women's Flat Track Roller Derby Teams.
In early
2011, she injured her ACL and LCL and underwent reconstructive surgery by Dr
Eric Pifel. After months of rehabilitation, she has now returned, competing
at the same level.
She has helped her Hurling club to multiple
national championship tournaments including one national championship. Known
as Grace Killy (her roller girl name), she has returned to become an All
Star and help the Brewcity Bruisers to entertain 1000's of fans and compete
on a national level.
Congratulations Anna (Grace) and keep up the
great work during your recovery!
